Wedding Process and Steps, with DJ Matt

So, you're ready to book me for your wedding... GREAT, what comes next?
  1. Fill out the booking form - www.djmattblake.com/booking
  2. Once I receive the booking form I will send your deposit invoice. (Deposit is 50%)
  3. Once the booking form and deposit are received, you are BOOKED!
  4. Start planning the music and timeline for your wedding

  5. 3 Weeks from Wedding Date:
    1. Fill out my Wedding Planning Form - http://www.djmattblake.com/planner
    2. Send me a copy of your wedding timeline. (order of events for the day)
  6. 2 Weeks from Wedding Date:
    1. Setup a planning call with me to go over your music selections and timeline.
    2. Use this link to schedule your Planning meeting - https://calendly.com/djmattblake/meeting
  7. 1 Week from Wedding Date:
    1. Final payment of balance invoice is due.
    2. Communicate any changes in timeline or music ASAP.
  8. Wedding Day:
    1. I will arrive 2 hours before start time to get setup and soundcheck.
    2. I will use your timeline to work with your coordinator or planner and event staff to completely run the day for you. We will communicate throughout the event to let you know what's coming up, deal with any delays or fluctuations in the timeline... timelines are fluid... and you can just enjoy eating, drinking, dancing, and celebrating your big day.
  9. After the wedding I will shoot you an email, usually with some photos or videos from the day, and ask for a review or feedback on how well I took care of you.
